It's been an roller coaster year. From being hired to perform a certain role, no direction and then moved into an entire different role. I enjoy the challenges the company has faced, I know I can add value to the business/team, but lack the support from managers/leadership.

I was hired for X position and paid X salary with no direct reports. I've recently been assigned direct reports and made a supervisor without being notified or a change in salary.

The lack of proper processes, to many manager/leaders who are inept to lead a team. We need managers who can introduce change, lead and get over the finish line. There's a constant mindset to be reactive but not proactive.
