
knowing that we all have each others back and that we can rely on one another when things are stressful.
There is never a dumb question. Even when the answer is in our face, we can still ask and be shown respect.
We get along very well and can be open with each other when it comes to any issues that we have work related.
The chain of command is very well put together in my opinion. When an issue is present, office level management is amazing about getting the correction for it as soon as possible and the FSM's are very easy to work with.
