The leadership is only interested in making their large salaries. They care nothing for the 'underlings'.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The attitude toward women needs to change NOW. This is not the 50s, they need to become more progressive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation and raise scale is supposed to be tied to one's performance review. Yet women are consistently given less money and smaller raises than their male counterparts.
