I am with Gympass now more than 1,5 year and I can just say I am truly happy to work for Gympass. I feel challenged every day, I just love what I am doing here and I have the feeling there is continuous growth personally and professionally, as you learn such a lot, as we have often lots of changes.

I love our remote working culture, that we work across countries, and that most of the people here are always supportive

Always being supportive, but also giving me freedom and autonomy to do my role. And whit this I have the feeling I am truly able to grow personally and professionally

Their Support and Empowerment of the Team: I admire how they trust their team members, delegate effectively, and provide the necessary resources and autonomy to succeed. Feeling supported and empowered makes a big difference.

I love our HR team, everyone is supportive, I have the feeling in our meetings we are in a "safe space" so we can speak up, and you do not need to worry if you should say or ask this. Every question is welcome
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the whole compensation package. Having a very good base salary but also the option for the annual bonus, I truly appreciate as you know if you especially outperform so being better you can also get a higher annual bonus, I love this, this is kind of motivating
