What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's the equal focus on both business, attaining goals and personal satisfaction. I don't feel harangued or micromanaged. And, my AVP and RVP are accessible and relatable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are paid lower than others in this industry. Inflation is currently at 5% and yet we are not getting additional salary despite higher prices for everything from gasoline to housing.
