Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to receive a better compensation, the salary is barely competitive, but the bonus programs are not competitive vs other companies (relocation bonus, sign in bonus, annual bonus, etc.).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take care of my growth, but it doesn't stop there. I see how is not just me the one, but the person above me is being taken care of. This brings me hope that in the future steps I will be having support for my professional goals and development.
