Everyone is very friendly and fun
Always really prioritized the team as people and human beings.
I enjoy my colleagues and knowing that I'm making a difference.
For the most part, everyone is very friendly and willing to help
The most positive thing about Ambry's culture is that it is geared towards growth and patient-centric.
They value team members as people, but we are not compensated financially for our work and value
They seem to care about us as people but don't pay us enough to make a living wage.
We have not gotten raises since being hired. Every "performance review" we're told "next time" but after years there have been no changes in compensation to reflect our increase in responsibility and skills
Ambry does not pay a living wage for Orange County, with no opportunity for raises. This is skilled work and should be valued as such. Ambry also touts that they are a good workplace for women, but only offer 60% paid parental leave.
Ambry does not pay a living wage for Orange County for highly skilled work. There has been no Cost of Living adjustment (standard in most companies) or the opportunity for raises. When a raise is requests, management claims it is not able to negotiate or offer a pay increase.
Our team is super social and for the most part friendly, there is a clique like attitude with a select number of people and they will work to make your work life more difficult. Management is aware of this and hasn't encouraged this but doesn't do much to keep it in check.
