Like I said the leadership only hires their friends mostly and then only looks out for them and will throw others who are not in the clique under the bus first chance they get. They also promise to teach new things and give leadership training but will only look out for themselves and their friends.

Stop hiring your friends and then looking out for only them and taking only their side. Stop the favoritism and keep your promises that were made when you hired people.
