I have been promises raises/promotions that were retracted due to budget cuts. I am still promised a career path which I do not trust do to the false promises given to me in the past. I have been overworked and not fairly compensated. What little help ambry has provided has not had a lasting affect

My peers and their hard work and dedication to help us work normal hours
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Overworked, ambry needs to stop accepting clients that push us over our workflow capacity
What are some of the best things about your team?
My peers understand that we are all in a terrible situation with Ambry and it is my team that gets me through my day. They are truly great and hard working individuals
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not forcing their team to work overtime (12 hour days) and not properly compensate them for this drastic shift in workflow. Put more emphasis on their team and their personal work versus drain them for the most profit
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are worked until exhaustion. We are expected to handle more work than is physically possible for our existing team. Ambry tries to offset this workload by having undertrained employees from other department help us. This help proves futile as we still are over worked. Still do not provide raises
