My co-workers are solution-oriented, problem solvers, and always available. They have an "us" mentality rather than an "I" mentality. It's so refreshing!

Everyone wants to do the right thing--both for the patients/clients we serve and the company as a whole. It feels healthy working here!

I like the positive environment. It feels good to go to work on a Monday morning, and by Friday I feel like I've accomplished quite a bit.

The leadership team is engaged, cross-functionally interactive, and care about the company as a whole. They are in-the-know, and are flexible to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

I really like how engaged, caring, and employee-centric they are. It's nice to see a leadership team enjoying their work, caring for their staff, and being vested in the company mission.

I honestly love the low-drama, low stress environment. We can be very productive and successful with a happy, efficient environment. People help one another which makes it a fun place to work.

Ambry has always been a patient-centered company. It's still evident in the culture that we put patients first, even though we're growing and expanding. Many companies sacrifice their original mission to grow. Ambry is holding both strong!
