Ambry Genetics – Feedback is vague and unactionable (i.e. "be more passionate" or "let the close be the close"), manager has never invested time in training/growth/development, and any relationships I've developed have been minimized or belittled as "not indicative of collaboration". Won't work here long-term. | Comparably

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Flex PTO options are good addition to policy

What are some of the best things about your team?

Willing to help and support each other when available.

What makes you most happy at work?

Logging off. Management causes extreme anxiety at the start of each day and the company doesn't seem to truly support growth and development.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Mini "quarterly focus projects" detour from overall goal of getting more testing. Who cares which specialty the team focuses on this month if we're growing our territory and hitting our quarterly goals?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The monthly calls where successes are celebrated is good. Past that, there are quite a few instances of people saying "not my job" and not looking for creative (and legal) ways to succeed.
