I love the culture and the people who work here. I look forward to working everyday I just wish the pay was a lot better. It is really frustrating to work for such a great company but not being able to provide for my family or get compensated fairly.

I like that they are transparent.

We all work very hard and respect each other, even though we are underpaid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Minimum wage is almost the same as what we make, we are extremely underpaid.

You can feel the love and admiration with the employees that we care about the success of Ambry.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my co-workers, we can relate on a lot of stuff about the positives and negatives at Ambry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I started working at this company I took a huge pay decrease all to find out there is only a 1.8 percent pay increase and also over time and incentives are not going to be offered any more with the new CEO. The overtime and incentives what made it possible to live and provide for my family.
