Ambry has been pretty great so far. A little bumps in the road, and I was told people with just a Bachelors dont move up much in my department. So that might be a reason to move to a department that gives a good fluidity to Bachelor's.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get my own private cubicle.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get to go to a pretty good gym.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I am just an antisocial person. They don't have realistic expectations for projects.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is pretty nice, but would like more direction on where Ambry is heading.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have people that can work from home be at home. People have young kids that they can tend to without taking them to a daycare. Makes the cost of living in SoCal better because you are not commuting for an 1 hour and using up that much gas.
