Many people are very approachable and happy to answer questions, regardless of their title or position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Several members of our leadership team have a scientific background and therefore genuinely care about the work we do.

Recently, they have communicated that they hear the feedback of the employees. Hopefully this turns into action over the next year.

Fun, approachable, care about each other as people, celebrate each other's successes (such as getting into grad school, being promoted, etc.)

Everyone is very welcoming! That was true when we worked onsite and I believe it still is now with many of us working remotely.
What makes you most happy at work?
I most enjoy being involved in problem-solving and troubleshooting of some sort. I am very comfortable in my role so these things are stimulating to me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Clearer path for growth for my team. I've heard talk of some more options that my team would be eligible so hopefully this comes to fruition.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very kind and understanding, whether someone else needs help work-wise or they are going through something personally. When we get to interact casually, we have a good time together.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I interact with. Getting to solve problems so everything moves along as efficiently as possible - patients benefit by us working at our best so they can get their results in a timely manner.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're all very hard-working and down-to-earth. The leadership team in my department were all scientists first. I believe our CEO genuinely cares for the company and makes an effort to be transparent at our town hall meetings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company for years and always go beyond my role to assist others and learn more about our systems, dept., etc. As minimum wages (and cost of living) rise, I do not feel my pay reflects what I provide.
