I feel they are all genuine and are not purely focused on the bottom line. They care about their people and their customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Despite all working on different projects, we all work as one team. There are no silos and everyone is happy to help where they can. The team is very diverse in skills and experience. So, its good place to learn from others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In the Sydney office, we are like one big team. We have lots of social events and plenty of opportunities to learn from the different affinity groups. Its a fun, inclusive culture where we work hard and play hard. Its unlike anywhere I have previously worked.
