We all get along with one another and there is always room for open discussion. I feel my opinions and observations are respected and this was not present at other companies I have worked for previously.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is not just held by managers and senior leadership, all employees throughout the company demonstrate the same positivity. I have not met or encountered anyone at Appian that left me with a negative feeling after.
