I appreciate the equity as part of total compensation although I do feel that my base salary is a little low.

We're all in on our team's goals together and can have open and honest conversations about it, led by our department manager
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Super generous and friendly people. I've met and worked with more people at Appian in 6 months than I did in 2 years at my last company.
