Appian has a great work culture, that needs to reflect at every group level and in their functioning.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Team is really amazing and invested in the organisational goals. They are reachable and are helpful, and provides with suitable guidance when needed.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Individually, brilliant in their technological stack and work. Open about their opinion. Dedication towards work. Work hard, when it is required.

What makes you most happy at work?

Face to face Interactions with team mates. Providing guidance to PO, when they ask for Interacting with SCs, and discussing new ideas

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Undervalued: In cases of conflicts, I am asked to change my approach, rather teammate should discuss on what caused the conflict. Most of the time, I feel that if team mates are owning their responsibilities, team would function well. Compensation: Market study and expectations on the role
