Every team I have worked with in Appian has been awesome. It is obvious every does in fact work as a team.

I love the passion and openness of our executive team. The provide frequent updates and they show they really care about the employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Appian culture is so refreshing. We celebrate everyone's accomplishments, life changes (e.g. weddings, birth of a child, etc.), and everyone is just so much fun to be around.
What makes you most happy at work?
My happiness at work comes from two things. First, the job must consist of a good challenge. Second, you have to love the people and culture where you work. I can say I found both of these here at Appian.
