What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am extremely impressed by how often and how well successes are celebrated. Not just our successes with winning customers (which is great!), but also by how often employee and team efforts are spotlighted and applauded through kudos, leaderboard segments, impact awards, etc. It is very motivating!
