
I appreciate how the leadership team are real people and don't seem to hide behind corporate lingo or lead from arm's length
I just really like everyone I've worked with. It's kind of wild to think that no one I've worked so far is unapproachable or not a good teammate. I keep waiting for something bad to spring up, but it hasn't. The character quality of my teammates is high.
I have personally experienced that I can get the help I need very easily. I do not feel bad or annoying to ask for help. Often, the response I get isn't even neutral but positive. People want to help me, they don't see it as a chore they do begrudgingly
I just finished part 1 of my paternity leave and I am very thankful for the 12 weeks. This benefit is now more helpful than I anticipated due to unforeseen events in the birth of my daughter. The 12 weeks broken into 2 sections will really help my family in this transition period.
When I feel competent in what I am doing and what is assigned to me I feel good. Right now, I am still learning a lot about my role and gaining knowledge to use in my role. I am getting closer to feeling competent so right now I feel some pressure and urgency to increase my skills and knowledge
