What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I liked a lot of online activities, like employee happy hour, interaction sessions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I like the medical, dental insurance and flex PTOs. But I feel keeping the inflation in mind the employees to should get paid more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a remote employee I do not get to meet the leadership team so I have not had a chance to know them personally. From the group level meetings it seems like they care, but I do not know much
