Freedom to work on my own time during a project (and do to so from home as a remote worker!)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Appian's leadership is incredibly transparent about everything the company does and why they do it. It really seems like they do everything with the employees in mind and we always know what's going on and why.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication and willingness to help. I'm a fairly new employee and everyone is always eager to give a helping hand and let me know what I'm doing well and where I can improve, and in really constructive ways.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They truly want you to use your paid time off. I've heard managers candidly describe that one of the reasons Appian is so efficient at what they do is that they believe employees are able to work hard and fire on all cylinders when they're well rested and able to take the time off that they need.
