Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have become aware of people in the company with similar roles and qualifications receive better compensation than I do. I consider that after my performance, contributions to the company, and the impact I have had on Appian during the time I have spent here, my compensation should be greater.
