Not sure any more. It used to be a healthy culture of debate but we're losing that to top-down direction mandates.
Change management led from the top. We need to move faster, be successful even through a hiring shift to Chennai, and use AI to get much better at our jobs - all valid needs. They could be exciting change management projects but instead are currently mandated from the top with little support.
For the last decade, the top problem has been that Appian is hard to do business with. There's only so much anyone outside of Sales can do to help with that. Serious churn and reorg in Sales + Marketing, especially the exec leaders, doesn't inspire confidence that we've figured out how to do better.
