For the most part, everyone at Appian is professional and intelligent. All of us care deeply about our work and doing it well, while also having fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My own department leadership team is fully invested in our day to day work while effectively aligning that to Appian's vision and fostering excitement within the team. The executive leadership team, at times, often seems disengaged and out of touch from what is happening on the ground.
