Everyone is so easy to talk to. Whether it's something outside of work or a current project, I can always talk through things with team members and I know I'll receive helpful or supportive feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Whether it's leadership or new hires, everyone is extremely helpful and approachable. It makes working so much easier, because I know I can receive help if I need it and I know my hard work will be appreciated.
