What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyones desire to grow and become the best version of themselves. I work alongside the nicest people! It makes coming to work each day really enjoyable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like about our leadership is their openness to new ideas. Since joining a little over 4 years ago, I have grown exponentially in my career thanks to the on-going educational opportunities. It's rewarding to work alongside such passionate leaders.
What makes you most happy at work?
The growth opportunities. Since joining I've been able to morph into a new field within Appian. I'm now in a role that I never knew existed when I started. The company really wants you to be in a position where your passions and expertise can really shine.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The personal touches. It's what sold me to join the talent acquisition department in the first place. In order to hire for a company, I needed to believe in it. I had to feel the process to join was magnificent and it, of course, did not disappoint! The best part - it's continuously getting better!
What are some of the best things about your team?
When you ask people at Appian what their favorite thing is - they will 9 times out of 10 tell you it's the people. For me, that's also true. It's why I joined, it's why I stay (amongst other reasons, of course). To work on a team where every strives to better themselves -- is pretty incredible.
