Although I haven't been a part of Appian for very long, my experience has been nothing but great so far. I am so proud to work here and be surrounded and supported by the people at Appian. I feel lucky to come to work every day and love what I do.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am now at my 6 month mark at Appian, and I wouldn't change one thing. I have enjoyed the work that I've had the opportunity to create and want to continue to do more for this company, as it gives me so much in return. My hard work is always noticed and I feel valued and appreciated by my team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having Unlimited PTO is the most beneficial to me as an employee.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and interacting with them to accomplish our goals is what makes me most happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Although we are a large company, leadership cares about each individual employee and I personally feel that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Welcoming people who make you feel at home. I'm surrounded by encouraging and driven individuals who motivate me
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is both compassionate and hard working. They are upbeat, always in a good mood and completely organized like myself. Our personalities and work ethics mesh well together which allows for a more pleasant overall work experience.

My team includes a diverse set of personalities that mesh well together. We are all passionate about what we do and blend well together. Our conversations flow well and we all like to work hard and play hard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Although they are leaders, they are extremely humble and find each individual person as an asset and vital part of the team. They emphasize the importance of teamwork constantly in new ways and are extremely reliable and available people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The communication skills and personalities of the people that work at Appian make it extremely enjoyable and rewarding to work here. The people culture of this company is something great because it inspires me to be the best I can be every day inside and outside of work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a new hire coming right out of college, I am extremely pleased with both my compensation and benefits packages. I would say the best part has to be the salary I am receiving for doing something that doesn't even feel like a job every day because I enjoy it so much.
What makes you most happy at work?
Both my team and what I get to do makes me most happy at work. Being able to do what I love aside great people is a privilege. My role is so unique to the company and the new people I learn about every day because of it makes me more excited to come back and work harder the next day.
