It is a great place for those who start here right after college or soon enough. However, for experienced hires, it takes a long (LONGGG) time to establish credibility that is easily afforded to those that "grew up" at Appian.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Appian continues to pay below the market and is hesitant in sharing the wealth (i.e. equity grants) when compared to other tech companies.
