Base salaries are more than fair in my opinion, and equity is just the cherry on top. I think bonuses could be higher, but overall comp is good as is.

The leadership at Appian is top notch, from the bottom up. My direct management are incredibly intelligent, and compassionate people. The management at the top are brilliant and ambitious and inspire us to work towards a common goal.
