After my first 6 months my experience is really good. I am fully convince in joining to Appian because I am sure Appian is the best company at the moment. Of course, they are things to be improved, but in general I am really happy.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
More flexibility in our internal operation processes where our management team is involved. We should think in preparing the company to adapt to the short complex global economic scenario where we will have to deal with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody works in a collaborative model, trying to help each other. Respect among colleagues is also a strong point in the Appian culture. I am willing to experiencing it at the office, all together, not possible by the moment.
What makes you most happy at work?
We are plenty of business opportunities, where really interesting customer initiatives and projects are going on. I like to see the customer faces when we explain them what we can do and how we can help them. I love it!!
