On-boarding has been painful during the pandemic but I do feel that the company and my management care about me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finding and closing net new logos and deals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We truly care about one another and want everyone to succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have processes in place to make sure that there is a very active feedback loop.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very motivated to get 'after it'. We gel well as a team and care deeply about each-other's success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that having greater equity participation would make a big difference. We are just now going to have an ESPP at the end of the summer. :/
