My overall experience is mostly positive. I notice the managers pick and choose their favorites, and I feel promotions are given for the wrong reasons and not for capability. The pay could be better given the economy. I am one of the least paid on my team. And I have been here longer than most.

My co-workers tend to make me happy, they are the reason I am still here.

The way they help out the rest of the team when needed, and that we work together to make sure that we do the best we can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The economy is terrible, and what I make in pay is not nearly enough for me to survive on only one income. I should not have to work at a company like this and struggle the way I do. Higher raises, or bonuses would be a huge help.
