Due to the narcissistic and bullying attitude/nature of the branch manager where I work, I find it is fairly uncomfortable and at times hostile. I have reported their bullying and sexist comments previously but as of now nothing has been done about this.

The days when the branch manager in the office I work in isn't here
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New hires and transfers into my previous role with less responsibilities, and less experience financially make more than I do. Being paid a wage which fairly represents the experience withing the company would make me feel better.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The branch manager in the division I physically work in is openly sexist on his opinion that hiring women costs the company more money in the long run, which is why he advises others to not hire them. The branch manager bullies staff and makes it extremely uncomfortable in the work environment.
