Most people are very competent, and approachable. Most people are great to work with.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Have less limits and penalties. Example: not getting paid for overages at quarters and end of year numbers. Getting penalized for not selling a certain product vs getting rewarded for selling certain products.
