Give me the right amount that is desevered. We are the gears that make this machine work and most the time we get the short end of the stick.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company and leaders need to stop putting everything in their pockets. There should be annual if not monthly allowance to buy tools- drill bits- ect. Most the time they won't even allow you too expenses the tools needed to do the job.
