They step up to assist each other
Probably the PTO allowance we have
Commission would be my favorite
Being busy and having great rapport with my accounts
For the most part we can rely on one another
I believe we are all present and supportive of each other
I would have to say we have a very supportive manager
We are experiencing a tremendous amount of changes and it kind of all over the place
That most of the time I have the freedom to make key decisions in my market to be successful.
All of it is very fair. I wish the health insurance was better, but that is not Beiersdorf fault. It is the state.
Incorporate the field employees into the company as a whole, so they actually feel like they are part of the corporation. They are rarely mentioned, except in the immediate leadership.
I feel there is a lack of transparency. We find out when they are ready to tell us. Its fine to a degree but when we are concerned for our futures with this company I feel information should be more forthcoming.
Everyone is very positive and invested. My only observation would be is that there seems sometimes to be a disconnect between field sales level and our needs and perspectives versus at a corporate level. I do believe it is consistently getting better, though.
