What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The willingness to provide opportunities for operating group resources to get together, network, and support engagement. Since we normally work at client sites, this is crucial for the success of our company and peer relationships.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is fairly transparent. They get most things right. When the don't they have the integrity to admit it, and then make the correction. It is a refreshing and honest approach to leadership.
