Meeting with our team where we can share new ideas or share updates about our work life. I am happy when working towards clear goals and getting positive feedback when I reach those goals.

I love how open they are to listening & giving help or feedback whenever I ask. i don't feel nervous to ask questions & they are genuine when they want to help us on the team.
