I really love Chegg and feel very grateful to work here! My current role feels like it is in flux and so that is why I answered a bit lower than usual to some of the questions. I think this is an incredible company to work for!

My team is FUN and creative. We do a huge job and work fairly autonomously to get it done.

Their transparency and genuine compassion and concern for the company and their employees. They are good, honest, authentic people and I love working for them!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think all of the support that trickles down from the leadership team makes the biggest positive impact. The professional growth and inclusion trainings do as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The camaraderie they build throughout the company, and their compassion for employees, students, and really all of humanity. I appreciate how inspirational they are as well and how transparent they are in their communications.
