It's been a crazy ride but I'm along for the journey. I just hope as I spend more time here I get to interact with more people across the company and begin to be trusted to do great work, I really can see myself being with Chegg for a long time - I hope those around me want that too.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work I'm doing and the salary I earn are not leveled appropriately for the market. When first acquired it made sense but as things change across the team it's time to level out each team member to ensure everyone is earning a fair salary for the work they are actually doing.
