Chegg as a company is unparalleled, we have a wonderful CEO, I work under an able director, but the bias in the team and the disrespect for senior employees saddens me. You are made to feel useless and obsolete, that instills an insecurity. Bullying by new members of the team and the manager's bias
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am a highly satisfied and a happy employee. It is just that of late I feel obsolete and am threatened of losing my job, as my health is deteriorating and there are not many challenges owing to this. This is my 10th year with the organization and I wish to retire from here.

If the bias is removed from the team, I think we would all get a fair pay.
