I'm very happy to work In Chegg and i refer as many as possible to join in our company. My only dissatisfaction is regarding my compensation which is due to my content lead. My content lead has partiality for some members among us which bother me allot.

As per my knowledge, My company maintain good culture and environment by conducting several programs and quick fun sessions to boost our energy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a SME i gave content which is very crucial for company profits. But when compared to the profits i think my compensation is very less.

Every member in my team gave their best efforts to complete the tasks in given deadline and maintain good quality in the content. If a problem if faced by any one of us we will solve together.
