I have been with Chegg for over 13 years, so I have seen so much change throughout the years. I have seen where Chegg started and how much they have grown collectively over the years. The vision of the company and the value of their employees is like no other. I honestly love working for Chegg.

Our team is small but mighty. Individually each one of us contribute our best and when we work collectively we accomplish so much more.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For me personally, I would say the medical and dental, along with the tuition benefit. I have recently went back to college and love that Chegg invest into their employees furthering their education.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Structure and clarity is a key piece to the positive culture and environment. During company meetings leadership is very transparent about where the company is, where we are going, and what the vision is for the future.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe they are very passionate about the well-being of their employees on a personal level as well as on a professional level. I believe opportunities are given across the company to strengthen employees who are continuously seeking more opportunity and enhancement of skills.
