The best part is that the company issues RSU which makes its employees a part of its success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There must be internal benchmarking in the compensation based on different roles and responsibilities and there must not be any disparity.

They are approachable and take decisions that are best for the company and for its employees. They work towards the company's mission and vision.
