That we invest in our culture and value it. I believe we are really trailblazers in the way we care for our employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am very grateful for my compensation and do think it is getting there. But as my role is growing I do believe i am valued at more currently.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I have autonomy and I feel properly supported by most of my C staff which in turn makes me confident in myself and my value in my role. I would also say the people and the community I get to help support day in and day out.
