I work at a location in Las Cruces New Mexico and am facing heavy work place discrimination from a manager of one of tbe stores. She has told members of leadership (team leads and pace setters) very degrading things in order to - and I quote - "Prevent him from progressing up in the company". No hr.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We do not have team meetings, they aren't willing to work together due to the heat and amount of workload causing a stressful work environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New leadership team, an investigation that protects workers and ensures an open and honest environment, and an evaluation on workplace efficiency to make the job fun and enjoyable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Do not allow franchisers to understaff, allow us to get healthy options (salad and wraps) as alternatives to the unhealthy food, and help keep managerial roles and leadership roles properly trained.
