I love working at the Chick-fil-a we have in West Des Moines, Iowa!! Everyone here is so kind and understanding and it's just an overall great environment!

They are always so understanding and very clear on what needs to be done but always in a nice way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The kindness that all of my coworkers show me and even the customers-especially considering that I haven't worked for long and am newer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I literally love everyone that I work with!! Everyone's always so helpful and willing to help when you need it! I always have good conversations with them plus also customers while also staying on top of things and having fun :)
