I work at Chick-fil-A , on Wesley Chapel Rd, in Decatur, Ga. and the relationship between some employees and management , I'm referring to owner /operator and his team is very hideous and completely damaging to my mental state. Nepotism plays a determining factor in direct operations at this site.
